The ultimate mission of WindRidge Photo is to provide fine art images of outstanding quality that look great on your wall.
While Dennis enjoys many photography styles and techniques, and will shoot just about anything that catches his eye, his primary photography interests include wildlife and nature photography, and tracking down some of the “old” things out and about in the hills including ghost towns, abandoned mines, farms or ranches etc.
The WindRidge Photo business name was born out of necessity (Dennis Laughlin Photography was already taken on the Web). The name is a reminder of a pretty wild location in Wind Cave National Park where Dennis, camera in hand, stalked his first elk heard. The vast majority of the wildlife photos on this site were captured in the wild, however there a few photos of animals in wildlife parks and zoos. All captive animal photos are labeled as such.
Please enjoy the photos.
